• Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery are fully eligible for free replacement.
• Certain items such as personal care, hygiene products, or items marked non-returnable are not eligible.

2. Share your order number, product details, and reason for return/replacement.

4. Once verified, we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost.

💳 Refunds

• If a replacement is not available, you may opt for a full refund.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

🚚 Shipping & Return Costs

• If the return is due to an error from our side (wrong item, damaged product), we cover all costs.
